Non-smokers Educational Center (NVO Nepusacki Edukativni Centar - RP) is a non-governmental organization which includes non-smokers (people who don’t consume tobacco or tobacco products). The goal of the organization is to help non-smokers in realizing their human rights to a life with tobacco smoke, as well as help with resolving difficult social and economic situations. NEC-RP informs, educations, includes and affirms non-smokers, as well as other citizens of Serbia-Montenegro to realize a healthy lifestyle.
