Performace by Grupa Pozitiv in Novi Sad

“Grupa Pozitiv” from Ljubljana will stage a presentation of its work at the Novi Sad Cultural Centre, with a short dance performance and its animated film and video production. The event is organized by the Cinema Club of Novi Sad.
Grupa Pozitiv was founded in March 1996, at the “Ivan Cankar” Students’ Home and dormitory (Dom Ivana Cankarja – DIC) in Ljubljana. At the beginning, the group published a school newspaper, and later they included work in video, dance and theatre. Today, the group works on the contemporary performance and visual culture, as well as on the issue of use of new technology in arts. It is organized as a students’ association, but it is open for all fields of youth cultural activities. All young people between the ages of 15 and 25 can join the group.
