Macedonia: New Web-Site on Health Sector Management

The newly established www.moh-hsmp.gov.mk web-site on health sector management was prepared under the auspices of the Government’s Health Sector Management Project.
The site aims to provide information to the foreign consultants on ongoing projects in the health sector in the country, they progress made under each individual project, as well as which projects were completed in the past. According to Vladimir Lazarevic, Deputy-Minister of Health, the Government has ear-marked about 3.5 million USD for computerization and networking of all hospitals and clinics in Macedonia. The Project is financed through a 10-million USD World Bank loan. The implementation of the project should be completed by June 30, 2009. |
