CESID to Project Referendum Results

The Centre for Free Elections and Democracy (CESID) will follow the turnout and the results of the referendum on the Constitution of Serbia on a representative sample of 600 ballot stations, the voting procedure and any eventual violations of law and proper procedures.

Also, CESID will present its projections on the turnout and results at the Media Centre in Belgrade. In past elections, since 1997, the same methodology and team had predicted the final results of the elections with minimal deviation of less than one percent.

After the ballot stations close, CESID will organize following and analysis of the of the incoming vote count and results.
In addition to CESID representatives, the results will be analyzed by the experts of the Media Centre Milica Delevic Djilas from the Faculty of Political Sciences; Vladimir Goati from Transparency International; Slobodan Vucetic, lawyer; Srdjan Bogosavljevic, SMMRI; and, Darko Brocic, AGB Nielsen. The discussion will be moderated by Nebojsa Spaic, from Farmer&Spaic Business and Media Consulting.

The public will be able to follow the turnout and the results of the referendum at the Media Centre web-site.
