The Founder of oneworld – platform for southeast europe (owpsee) Foundation is Unimondo, Italy's edition of OneWorld. In 2003, oneworld southeast europe began as a portal initiative of text and audio news online linking the countries of the region. At the end of year 2005, it has grown into oneworld - platform for southeast europe Foundation. oneworld – platform for southeast europe (owpsee) Foundation Members The Members of the Foundation oneworld - platform for southeast europe (owpsee) are the representatives of organizations that signed the Agreement and belong to organizations most active and engaged in the work of owpsee. Currently, the Members of the Foundation consist of seven representatives as delegated by the organizations active for change in civil societies across the region. Members of the Foundation are on the Board of owpsee and as such have a decision making role in the organization. For the period betweeen 2006 - 2008, Foundation Members are: 1. Roberto Beličanec, Board Chairperson, Macedonia 2. Biljana Bejkova, Board Member, Macedonia 3. Dejan Milovac, Board Member, Montenegro 4. Teodor Celakovski, Board Member, Croatia 5. Qenan Bardaj, Board Member, Kosov@ 6. Hedvig Morvai Horváth, Board Member, Serbia 7. Zoran Marković, Board Member, Serbia Members of owpsee can apply for Managing Board (MB) when delegated by their respective organization, and first need to be a partner organization of owpsee at the regional level. Only organizations that signed the Membership Agreement can appoint a candidate for the MB. Each candidate must be a member of an organization that is partner of owpsee at the time of nomination and election. Each owpsee Foundation Partner can have ony one candidate/member representative in the Management Board. Members of the MB are individuals whose election is based on no rigid requirements for gender and geographic diversity and equity; however both of the mentioned are recommended criteria.
