The European Commission Delegation in Serbia opens a public competition for projects in the area of democracy strengthening, human rights and rule of law in the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Montenegro, through the EU’s European Initiative for Democracy and Human Rights EIDHR micro-project programme.
