Best Visa Line Stories at the European Parliament

Best Stories from Visa Queues, a collection of stories published by the Citizens’ Pact for the SEE, will be presented to the Members of the European Parliament. The authors of the stories included in the compilation - Vitomirka Trebovac, Ivan Branisavljevic, Nemanja Kuzmanovski and Barbara Pavljasevic - will read excerpts from their works.

The problems presented by the Schengen Visa Regime and the possibilities to overcome these problems will be addressed by Goran Svilanovic - Chairman of the First Working Table of the Stability Pact for the SEE, Maria Asenius – Advisor to European Commissioner Ollie Rehn, Andrej Zernovski from the Joint Parliamentary Committee of EU and Macedonia, Nicholas White from the International Crisis Group and Giselle Kalenbach, Member of the European Parliament.

The book will also be presented in Amsterdam, at the De Bali Club, on Saturday, March 25. The authors will be joined in the public reading by Ronals Giphardt, Rosita Steenbeek and Manon Uphoff, popular Dutch writers. Zelimir Zilnik, an independent film auteur from Novi Sad is expected to join the ensuing discussion.

Best Stories from Visa Queues will be launched for sale in mid April, at a rather symbolic price, and will be sold together with the new issue of the “Popcult” Magazine.
