Youth Policy Steering Committee established today in Banja Luka

The constitutive session of the Youth Steering Committee of the Republic of Srpska was held today in Banja Luka. The Committee was established and named by the Government of the Republic of Srpska, upon prior proposal by the State Secretariat for Sports and Youth, in accordance with the Law on Youth Organization.

Dragan Kupresanin was elected Chairperson of the Committee, and the session concluded that the RS Youth Policy should be adopted as soon as possible. A commission was appointed with the task to prepare, within ten days deadline, the draft-Book of Rules and Procedures of the Steering Committee.

The Steering Committee, through the adoption of the Youth Policy, should contribute greatly to the improved youth organization and overall situation of youth population in the Republic of Srpska.
