Medjasi Action Against Violent Graffiti
On November 9, 2005, the First Children Embassy in the World – Megjasi marked the International Day against Fascism and Anti-Semitism with an action against the graffiti with violent contents in public spaces in Skopje.
The aim of the campaign was to promote the values of lasting peace, solidarity, non-violence and respect for the rights of all citizens of Macedonia. The campaign is a part of the “Friendship through interethnic cooperation in Skopje, Tetovo and Kumanovo high-schools”. The project is financed by the European Union, through the European Commission Delegation to Skopje, under the auspices of “European Initiative for Democracy and Human Rights” programme. |
