SEEYN Activities: Exhibitions in Zagreb and Vukovar

Two exhibitions will be presented in Zagreb and Vukovar at the end of September and beginning of October of this year, organized by the SEE Youth Network (SEEYN) and its member organizations.

The exibition in Vukovar is organized by the Danube Youth Peace Group, while in Zagreb, the Volunteer Centre Zagreb and Zelena Akcija will present photographs and video footage on the international volunteer camps that were organized this Summer in several places in Croatia.

The Zagreb exhibition will open on September 23 at Zelena Akcija offices in Grankopanska 1, and will be open for visitors until September 30. The Vukovar exhibition will open in the beginning of October.

The goal of the two exhibition is to promote the activities that the SEEYN and its member organizations implement in Croatia, such as international volunteer camps, education and volunteer exchange programmes that has contributed to stabilization of peace in SEE in a manner quite different from the standard political action.

�We believe that it is paramount today to inform the public about volunteering and its values, to present the good practices, but also to inform the public about the volunteering possibilities in Croatia, SEE and the rest of the world�, said VCZ in a public statement.
