Eight International Theatre Festival Sarajevo
This year’s edition of TEATARFEST will host theatrical companies from Slovenia, Serbia and Montenegro, Germany, the Czech Republic, Belgium, Macedonia, Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Festival will open with an exhibition of posters by Nina Knezevic “Theatrical Posters and the Eight Years of TEATARFEST”, which will be followed by the performance of “Cankarjef Dom = Exodos” troup from Slovenia, at the Youth Theatre in Sarajevo. The complete programme of the Festival is available at www.tf.com.ba. The Festival Jury will award the best play, best actors and best theatrical expression. The award winners will receive the “Bibanova Luda” (Biban’s Fool) Award, established in honour of late Dubravko Bibanovic, a director and one of the founders of the Festival. The TEATARFEST is sponsored by Ministries of Culture and Sports of the Canton of Sarajevo and Federation B&H. |
