Puglia Based Company Announced Investment Project for Koplik

An investment company from Puglia, Italy, had a meeting with Anastas Angjeli, Minister of Economy, in Tirana. During the Meeting, they presented their project for the Koplik area, where the company plans to develop an industrial zone. The project will be submitted to the Government for approval.

At the end of the meeting, Minister Angjeli and the Director of Puglia Region Chamber of Industry, Francesco Tileno avaluated the bilateral economic relations, and pledged to strengthen the economic cooperation in the future.

The Puglia region investments have been present in Albania for a long time, mostly focused in the Northwest parts of the country, due to historical reasons. The area of Shkodra (Skadar) have especially benefited from the investments by Italian companies.
