Croatia

HULK Croatian Associations of Linux Users HULK published the first Croatian Linux distribution � HRID.

Croatian Open Systems Users' Group HrOpen. Established in 1992, the association is now called Croatian Association for Open Systems and Internet.

Multimedia Institute MI2. MI2 developped the TamTam free software for simple web-publishing, and in 2004, they started the Creative Commons za Hrvatsku

Monteparadiso Hack lab from Pula is an organization that uses GNU/Linux platforms from the very beginning. Hack Lab also hosted the Transhack Meeting, global conference and workshop dedicated to hackers, media activists, etc.

Open Office Reference Centre offers all informatio nabout the OpenOffice.org software package. The project was implemented by the Laboratory for Systems and Signals of the School of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology in Zagreb.
