14.04.2005 HANSM is non-profit organization of single mothers and fathers, who exchange experience and information and provide assistance to single parents in Macedonia. The organization, however, is not there only for the parents, but works to assist the children and families that face similar problems and challenges.

28.03.2005 The EXIT – Information Technology Business Support Centre is a non-governmental organization from Banja Luka, with mission to create the critical mas of IT companies and individuals that could answer the challenges of transition of B&H economy into a society guided by knowledge and information.

28.02.2005 PREDA – Prijedor Economic Development Association was established in September 2003. The mission of the association is to promote entrepreneurship, to provide training and support to the Small and Medium Enterprises (SME), promote creation of new jobs and overall improvement of economic situation in Prijedor Municipality.

20.12.2004 'Bread of Life' is a non-governmental organization established in 1992 in Belgrade. It started its activities in Prijedor in 1996, and focused its work in the years immediately after the end of the war on providing assistance to refugee and IDP population.

17.11.2004 Media Centre Nis is a media organization created as a result of a joint project of two NGOs, with support of an independent production company from Nis and financial assistance from USAID/OTI. MCN is located in downtown Nis, in great facilities, and boasts a conference room, editing boards, Media Club (internet cafe for journalists and visitors), as well as abundant office space.

28.07.2004 Amici dei Bambini (AIBI) association (Friends of Children) was founded in 1986, as a non-governmental association that works on projects and intervention in cases of abandoned children. The majority of interventions and projects implemented by AIBI are designed for single-parent families. The goals of the interventions are: to offer to children and youth a place where they can meet, play together, hang around and grow up together in happiness. AIBI Centres are also places for gathering and friendship of single mothers which, if needed, may receive psychological support with the aim to overcome difficulties and problems.

07.07.2004 Women groups in Serbia first faced the problem of human trafficking in the 1990s. ASTRA (Anti Sex Trafficking Action) is the first NGO that focused its work and activities on this problems, giving in the treatment of one of gravest forms of violence against women. The goal of the activities (prevention, education and assistance to the victims) is to provide greater visibility for this problem in the society. ASTRA also works to contribute to a position of the society towards this problems that will be free of the prejudices for the victims of the sex trafficking, who often suffer psycho-physical violence.

21.05.2004 The Kosova Women's Network is a network of local women's groups. This includes groups that have over ten years of experience in community development, as well as new groups that have been founded since the arrival of the UN in Kosova. Members of the network provide a variety of community services to vulnerable women, including courses, trainings, aid, and psychological support. Additionally, they work on social problems affecting women and girls today, such as violence against women, trafficking for prostitution, and low enrollment of girls in schools and at the University. We also work with Serbian and Roma women in Kosova by providing support and training so they may build up their capacity to work effectively on behalf of their communities.

20.05.2004 The Network for Affirmation of the Non-Governmental Sector MANS is a non-governmental organization that supports and promotes the development of a sound, active and sustainable civil society in Montenegro. In its work, MANS uses the participatory approach – promotes networks and coalitions of NGOs, active participation by the citizens and effective public advocacy; establishment of partnership relations with the public institutions and institutions of the State; promotes researches, analyses and exchange of information and provides capacity building services. The basic principles of MANS are: impartiality, transparency, responsibility and openness.

12.05.2004 European House Skopje is a citizens association established on the self-initiative of the citizens for accomplishment of the interests with the implementation of our activities. European House Skopje is non-governmental and non-partisan organization open for public and for every citizen that contributes to the promotion of the European values in Republic of Macedonia and the affirmation of the Macedonian values and culture outside Macedonia.

02.04.2004 The NGO InfoCentre promotes the increased transparency of non-governmental organizations and the media/public, provides free public relations services for the NGO sector, presents their activities, organizes press conferences, produces and distributes public releases, provides links between the NGOs and experts and journalists who cover the NGO sector, works on preparations of NGO representatives for public appearances, etc.

02.04.2004 ToPeer Doboj is a local non-governmental, voluntary, non-profit, open and multiethnic organization.

ToPeeR was found on the initiative of a group of friends with diverse life experiences, with full respect for personal religious, ethnic, national, sexual and political affiliations.

ToPeeR as an organization that accepts both individuals and collective membership from Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region.

30.03.2004 Centre for Students Initiatives is a civic association that works on informing, educating and involving young people in some areas of interest: human rights and democracy, educational, cultural, scientific and other activities.

09.03.2004 Civic association from Zavidovici which works on the improvement of quality of life of women and children in B&H, protection of their human rights. The Association provides services victims of family violence and women who have been abused or discriminated both in the family or by the society in general.

24.02.2004 The Education and Research Forum – FEI, from Skopje, is dedicated to the development and fulfillment of humanitarian, cultural, scientific, educational, social, sports, technical, recreational and other needs of the citizens.

29.09.2003 OSIJECKI ZELENI (OSIJEK GREENS) is environmental NGO that works on the issues of enviromental protection and conservation, conservation of natural and cultural heritage, social justice, protection of basic civic and political rights.

03.06.2003 AEGEE is a pro-European Integration group and attempts to advance practical approaches towards this goal. AEGEE organises various activities, both at local and European level, through cooperation of the local AEGEE organizations with AEGEE Europe.
