The status of refugees in former Yugoslavia and the Kosovo IDPs in Serbia and Montenegro has turned for the worse by the breakdown of the union of states and the uncertain status of Kosovo, say the representatives of the Group 484 at the presentation of their 2005 Report on Status of Human Rights of Forced Migrants.

Activists of the “SOS Telefon Niksic” non-governmental organizations gave a performance on Friday, June 16, in front of the Municipal Building in Niksic, under the motto Did she stumble down the stairs? The performance was organized under the Programme for Improved Rights of Women in the Villages in Niksic Area, with financial support from the Balkan Community Initiatives Fund and the Dutch Central and Eastern Europe Foundation.

On the occasion of recent demonstration of hate-speech in Serbian Skupstina (the parliament), when Zoran Krasic, MP from the Serb Radical Party, called Ivana Dulic-Markovic, Minister of Agriculture, an "ustasha" from the pulpit, a group of eight NGOs printed a leaflet to remind the public about previous cases of Radicals' involvement in similar incidents.
