The RESIST SAY NO! civic action presented today, August 31, the results of its activities over the last 15 months, dedicated to the prevention of rampaging prices in terrestrial telephone services in Macedonia. They also announced the start of the “53 Percent” campaign, which proposes a new manner of payment of the August phone bills by the citizens.

The “Professional Reporting on Education” training was developed by the Reuters Foundation for 11 BiH journalists that cover the field of education in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The training was sponsored by the OSCE Mission to BiH Education Department and held in the town of Mostar 24-26 August, 2005.

Kurum Steel Mills still haven’t installed the required dust arresting filters, in spite of the fact that two deadlines (June 30 and August 14, 2005) have expired. The 3.5 million Euros investment has been postponed for the second half of September, at the earliest.
