Kosovo Government and UNMIK do not have sufficient funds for the

Killian Kleinschmidt, the head of the Office for Returns and Communities, said that €22 million are needed to implement current projects for IDP returns. MANS expressed their support to the proposal of new the Law on Preventing Conflict of Interests that, according to them, represents significant improvement to the existing legislation. MANS believes that its implementation will finally bring real results in eliminating conflict of interest and the ongoing campaign against the corruption.

The Electronic Network Centre and the E-Macedonia Foundation presented today the new internet website, Nasa Strana (Our Site), which is a part of the programme implemented under the same name. Zlatko Nikolovski from the Electronic Network Centre and Slave Mladenovski from the E-Macedonia Foundation talked to the media at the presentation.

The inclusion of the Old Bridge in Mostar and the Old City on UNESCO’s list of world cultural heritage is a huge achievement for Bosnia and Herzegovina and introduces a brighter future for B&H cultural heritage, concluded the round-table discussion “Mostar – Global Cultural Heritage: Perspectives for the Coming 10 Years”.

Two thirds of Skadar Lake belong to Montenegro, and one third to Albania. The Montenegro side has been declared a National Park in 1983, but in spite of that, Montenegro and Albanian scientists plan to lower the level of the Skadar Lake and expand the arrable land by 2008.
