29.09.2006 Od ukupno 200 tijela javne vlasti kojima je iz Transparency Internationala Hrvatska (TIH) 4. 9. poslan upit stigao je ukupno 141 odgovor, odnosno 70,5 posto, od čega 125 (62,5) u zakonskom roku od 15 dana. To je najbolji odaziv od rujna 2004. godine, kada je TIH počeo slati upite tijelima javne vlasti kako bi ustanovio provode li Zakon o pravu na pristup informacijama. U 2004. godini je na upite odgovorilo 49,57 posto institucija, a u 2005. godini 57,5 posto.

27.09.2006 The Osjek Greens association sent an open letter today, to all Members of the Sabor (Croatian Parliament), on the occasion of the start of Debate on problems in Pozega-Slavonija County. The open letter demands expansion of investigation and urgent legal measures to stop the work and close the “Velicanka 2” quarry, operated by Kamen-Ingrad company from Velika, currently involved in bankruptcy procedures.

Konferenca u organizua nga Misioni i OSBE në Kroaci dhe Zyra Qendrore Administrative, me asistencën e Transparencës Ndërkombëtare të Kroacisë dhe GONG dhe u hap nga zëdhënësi i parlamentit Vladimir Seks, Kryeministri Sanader dhe Jorge Fuentes, Kryetari i Misionit të OSBE në Kroaci.

13.09.2006 The Draft-Law on Financing of Political Parties was discussed last Monday (September 11), at a conference held at the Croatian Sabor (the parliament). The conference, organized by OSCE Mission to Croatia and the Central Administrative Office, with assistance from Transparency International Croatia and GONG was opened by Sabor Speaker Vladimir Seks, Prime Minister Sanader and Jorge Fuentes, Head of OSCE Mission to Croatia.

13.09.2006 O nacrtu Zakona o financiranju političkih stanaka raspravljalo se u ponedjeljak 11.9. na konferenciji održanoj u Hrvatskom saboru. Događaj, kojeg su organizirali Misija OESS-a u Republici Hrvatskoj i Sredisnji drzavni ured za upravu, uz pomoć nevladinih organizacija Transparency International Hrvatska i GONG-a, otvorili su predsjednik Sabora Vladimir Šeks, predsjednik Vlade RH Ivo Sanader i voditelj Misije OESS-a u Republici Hrvatskoj, veleposlanik Jorge Fuentes.

01.09.2006 The Macedonian Student Union (MSU) accused the former government of abuse and foul-play in the distribution of accommodation in student dormitories in Skopje. According to MSU, the sad thing is that the problem of student accommodation is treated only as seasonal problem, while it has turned into a chronic problem long time ago.
