The Humanitarian Law Centre presented its Transitional Justice Report for Serbia, Montenegro and Kosovo 1999-2005. In her presentation of the Report, Natasa Kandic, the Centre Director said that Serbia failed to create responsible institutions, which is the main condition for the country ...to face the past and give justice.

The financing of election campaign is the main source of any future corruption and should be made as transparent as possible, to avoid a situation in which the anonymous financiers will come to the political parties and demand favours in return for the support. Only a faction of the political parties have publicly disclosed their sources of financing and their greatest supporters in the business sector.

Kako je prenio portal mladi.info jučer je odrana sjednica Komisije za koordinaciju pitanja mladih u Bosni i Hercegovini, sastavljene od predstavnika institucija Bosne i Hercegovine, entiteta i Brčko Distrikta Bosne i Hercegovine, i predstavnika omladinskog nevladinog sektora. na kojoj je donesena odluka o pokretanju inicijative za izradu i donoenje Zakona o pitanjima mladih na nivou Federacije BiH, Brčko Distrikta i Bosne i Hercegovine.

Na sjednici Hrvatskog sabora u petak 9. 6. usvojen je Zakon o izmjenama i dopunama Kaznenog zakona koji uključuje i amandmane Odbora za ljudska prava i prava nacionalnih manjina kojima se u taj zakon uvodi definicija zločina iz mrnje, a kazneno djelo ubojstva počinjeno iz mrnje kvalificira kao teko ubojstvo.

The latest survey implemented by the Centre of Civil Communications shows that the corruption in the area of construction reaches to the highest levels of local and central Government. According to the survey, the construction of the more than 10,000 illegal buildings in Macedonia, built since 2000, involve corruption in several stages from the actual building to the ultimate legalization.

On 24 May 2006, after having received information from the administration of the Detention Center in Mitrovica (hereinafter DCM) about a hunger strike in their facility, the representatives of the Ombudsperson Institution met with the Director of the DCM, located in the northern part of Mitrovica, where they received first hand information about the reasons for which eleven detainees and prisoners of Serbian ethnicity started their hunger strike.
