26.02.2008 Aware of the fact the international nuclear lobby has launched a global offensive, abusing the findings of the latest IPPC Global Climate Report requiring urgent dramatic reduction of CO2 and other greenhouse gas emissions, the Zelena lista (Green List), associate member of European Green Party, was nevertheless shocked by recent announcement of possible construction of nuclear power station in Croatia by 2020.

26.02.2008 Mada svjesna činjenice da je tzv. nuklearni lobby momentalno svugdje u svijetu u ofanzivi zlorabeći argumente zadnjeg IPPC-ovog izvješća o globalnoj klimi koje od svih zemalja zahtijeva hitno i drastično smanjenje emisije CO2 i ostalih stakleničkih plinova, Zelena lista pridružena članica Europske zelene stranke, šokirana je nedavnim najavama gradnje nuklearne elektrane u Hrvatskoj do 2020 godine.

13.10.2006 The Ministry of Environmental Protection, Spatial Planning and Construction recently published the summary of the Environmental Study of Pacs nuclear power-plant in Hungary (located about 100km from Croatian border, on its web-site (www.mzopu.hr). Zelena akcija environmental association believes that the study is incomplete and demands that it is amended with appropriate information.

13.10.2006 Ministarstvo okoliša prostornog uređenja i graditeljstva objavilo je na svojim Internet stranicama (www.mzopu.hr) sažetak studije utjecaja na okoliš za produljenje rada NE Pacs u Mađarskoj, stotinjak kilometara od Hrvatske granice. Zelena akcija smatra da je navedena studija nedostatna i stoga traži njenu dopunu.

Protests against plans to construct nuclear powerplant were held in Belene last week.
22.11.2005 The Greens from Macedonia, Bulgaria and Romania are opposed to the construction of “Belene” nuclear power-plant, planned for construction in Bulgaria. The Bulgarian environmental associations have protested against the building of a new nuclear power plan. Also, they recently sent an open letter to the Macedonian public protesting Macedonian plans and support for “Belene”.

17.03.2005 Obnovljivi izvori energije otvaraju nova radna mjesta, doprinose razvoju ruralnih područja, otvaraju nove mogućnosti zarade za poljoprivrednike, smanjuje uvoz energije, čuvaju okoliš i smanjuju globalnu emisiju stakleničkih plinova te doprinose zdravlju ljudi u urbanim područjima. Treba li Hrvatskoj nešto više!?

14.03.2005 Nužnost ratifikacije Kyoto protokola i potrebe za energijom ne ostavljaju previse izbora. Restrikcije koje će Hrvatskoj nametnuti Kyoto protokol, globalni ekološki sporazum za sprječavanje zagrijavanja planeta, sve su više u korist nuklearne opcije, što u slučaju Hrvatske može značiti gradnju još jednog bloka uz Nuklearnu elektranu Krško.
